OPC Interop Workshop 2004
Test Configuration OPC DA / XML DA Servers
The following Technosoftware OPC DA, OPC DX and XML DA gateways/servers were installed at the OPC Interop workshop and tested with clients from a number of client manufacturers.
The servers and gateways were logically connected as shown in the diagram below and allowed testing of not only the server interface but also the gateway functionality. The TSINC.DANetSrv.1 OPC DA server could be accessed from:
· Directly connecting OPC DA clients
· XML-DA clients connected to the XDAGW-SS gateway
· OPC DA clients connected to the XDAGW-CS gateway with server access through the XML-DA bridge
· XML-DA clients connected to the OPC DX web service
· OPC DA clients connected to the XDAGW-CS gateway with access to all servers connected to the OPC DX web service
